Appointments can be booked via our enquiry form, Treatwell or Fresha. All bookings are subject to availability.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to shorten your treatment time. The full treatment price still applies.
Certain treatments require a consultation and/or patch test before proceeding — including microblading, semi-permanent brows, lash and brow tinting, chemical peels and all aesthetic treatments. Patch tests must be carried out at least 24–48 hours before the appointment.
Please disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies or recent treatments when booking. We reserve the right to decline treatment where we believe it may not be safe or appropriate.
While we strive to deliver excellent results, individual outcomes vary. No specific result is guaranteed. Aftercare advice is provided following each treatment.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Parental consent is required in writing for treatments on clients under 18.
